Directional Solidification (D/S)

It is a casting technology that allows fine grains in one direction to be formed so that they can endure the physical stresses of the gas turbine blades. It’s driven by operating and maneuvering for a long time in a high-temperature, high-pressure combustion gas atmosphere that release from the gas turbine combustor.

Single Crystal Solidification (S/C)

It is a further development from gas turbine blades manufactured by one-way solidification technology. It is a casting technology that makes crystals of castings one by installing a selector where solidification begins. And its high-temperature properties are about eight times higher than products manufactured by the general cast.
