Solidification Analysis Program (PROCAST)

PROCAST is a universal solidification analysis program developed by USE in the United States and the high-tech software used by the US Department of Defense and NASA for the defense industry.

Purpose of Solidification Analysis

We endeavor to predict defects in investment casting in advance and find a better casting method.

Advantages of PROCAST

It is proper for complicated shapes or investment casting since it troubleshoots based on the finite element method.
In particular, it accurately analyzes the one-way solidification process of the blade because it considers the radiative heat transfer.
It includes Meshcast, Precast, Datacast, Poscast, and Viewcast modules.
